Mental health care is stretched thin. In the U.S., there’s just one provider for every 340 people, and as demand grows, so does the need for new ways to deliver support.
This is where Bright Wave comes into play, Myndlift's partner that is dedicated to making neurofeedback accessible to everyone.
Their innovative approach not only embraces at-home neurofeedback but also integrates it with a holistic mindset, making strides for mental wellbeing in Colorado.
Getting neurofeedback in Colorado has never been simpler
Neurofeedback is a type of personalized brain training that has been used for over 60 years to help people overcome a wide range of mental health struggles.
It works by offering insight into how your brain operates, letting you know where there's room for improvement, and teaching your brain to reach the optimal state more often.
However, even though hundreds of studies have been published in the scientific literature demonstrating its effectiveness, neurofeedback hasn't reached mainstream use, largely due to accessibility barriers.
Bright Wave works hard to bring awareness of this type of brain training, and by offering both in-clinic and remote neurofeedback with Myndlift, they are making it more accessible than ever.
Their clients don't have to commit to coming to the clinic multiple times per week, and they can use the system from the comfort of their homes. This often makes their commitment rates higher and gets them the results they're after.
But that's just one of the things that makes Bright Wave special.
Rooted in whole-person care
Bright Wave champions a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that mental wellbeing is intertwined with physical health.
Their team of specialists creates comprehensive therapy plans that address various aspects of a client's life, including lifestyle coaching on sleep, diet, exercise, and stress management.
According to Bright Wave, this approach not only enhances the effectiveness of neurofeedback but also fosters a sense of agency and control over one's mental health.
Meet the Founder: Carli Streich
Bright Wave was born from a personal journey to overcome severe anxiety and sleep issues.
Carli Streich is the founder of Bright Wave and a board-certified neurofeedback specialist. Her experience as a competitive collegiate athlete and her struggles during her master’s program in counseling shaped her vision for Bright Wave.
She recognized the limitations of traditional therapy and sought a more effective solution. This led her to discover neurofeedback, which transformed her life and inspired her to help others.
“When you train the brain, you change the story—because lasting change starts with how your brain functions, not just how you feel", explains Carli.

Bright Wave represents what’s possible when innovation, personal experience, and whole-person care come together. By pairing Myndlift’s technology with a commitment to individualized support, they’re helping redefine how neurofeedback is delivered and who it’s for.
As demand for mental health support continues to rise, Bright Wave offers a model that’s not only scalable but deeply human: accessible care, guided by evidence, and grounded in lived experience.
