For many families, Neuro Clinic has become a turning point.

It’s the moment after years of searching, when hope feels thin and the usual options haven’t brought lasting change. Instead of another round of trial and error, they find a place that looks at the brain itself: the starting point of behavior, focus, and emotional balance.

Led by Gitty Wachsman, Health Sciences graduate and BCIA-certified neurofeedback practitioner, Neuro Clinic offers brain-based training that clients can do from home with professional guidance.

This combination of accessibility and expertise has made them a trusted partner for children struggling with learning, as well as adults navigating anxiety and trauma.

The Thrive Program: Neurofeedback for PTSD

According to Gitty Waschman, one of today’s most pressing needs is helping people manage the lasting impact of psychological trauma.

That’s why Neuro Clinic developed the Thrive Program, which is designed to give clients practical tools to better manage PTSD-related symptoms and improve daily functioning.

Here, Myndlift plays a key role.

“Myndlift has been instrumental in the creation of our Thrive program, providing a scalable and accessible platform that allows therapists to incorporate neurofeedback into PTSD therapy plans. This collaboration has enabled us to offer personalized care, extending the reach of neurofeedback therapy to those who need it most,” says Wachsman.

Through Thrive, clients train their brains at home using the Myndlift app and EEG headset, while Gitty and her team monitor progress remotely and adjust protocols as needed.

Remote care, human connection

Every Neuro Clinic client begins with a brain map (qEEG), identifying unique patterns linked to focus, anxiety, or emotional regulation.

From there, a custom neurofeedback protocol is built and carried out through the Myndlift app at home.

But clients aren’t left on their own. Progress is monitored remotely by Neuro Clinic, and each month, they meet with a social worker for guidance, encouragement, and next steps.

Looking ahead

With its growing success stories, NeuroClinic continues to expand access to neurofeedback while keeping care deeply personal.

For Gitty Wachsman, the mission is clear: helping people move past temporary fixes and into long-term mental wellbeing. Or as she puts it:

“You don't need to have it all figured out, just take the next small kind step toward yourself.”
