“You are not broken, your brain just needs support.”
That’s the message at the heart of Dr. Sunita Punjabi’s work, and the reason thousands of clients have turned to her when they’re ready for more than just symptom management.
With a Ph.D. in psychology, a master’s in counseling, and over 25 years of experience, Dr. Sunita founded Brain Coach LLC in San Antonio to offer something different: a science-based, personalized, and deeply human approach to rewiring the brain.
By combining neurofeedback, psychotherapy, and life coaching, Dr. Sunita Punjabi and her team help individuals address the underlying patterns contributing to various mental health struggles.
With Myndlift, she’s taken that work beyond the walls of her clinic, making effective, personalized care more accessible than ever before.
From clinic walls to client homes
For years, Dr. Sunita saw the limits of traditional neurofeedback models. Sessions were time-consuming and clinic-bound, which led to higher dropout rates. Clients couldn’t always make it in three or four times per week, and many couldn’t begin at all.
By offering neurofeedback that clients can do from home, Brain Coach LLC became more accessible, consistent, and scalable.
With Myndlift , her team can set protocols remotely, track progress through recurring assessments, and adjust based on each client's unique brain map. This gives them a clear, ongoing view of how each client is responding to training.
The brain maps show it, and clients feel the difference
Dr. Sunita recalls one client in particular who began training three times per week after a traumatic brain injury. After just four months, his brain map showed dramatic normalization, and more importantly, he felt the shift in daily life.
“The most telling part of all of this is the map,” she says. “There’s a huge step toward homeostasis. And he feels it too, which is the best part.”
This combination of data and lived experience is at the heart of her approach.

How it all comes together
Dr. Sunita Punjabi’s strength isn’t just in offering multiple modalities, but also in how she connects them.
Every plan is built around a clear brain map, but the work goes beyond protocols and data.
Clients learn how to apply what they’re training: to manage stress more effectively, communicate better, perform with more clarity, and feel more in control of their lives.
So, apart from improvement, the goal is also follow-through. That’s where her approach stands out.

A vision for what healing can look like
Dr. Sunita’s model brings together neuroscience and a deep commitment to meaningful change.
Through personalized brain maps, integrative plans, and consistent care, she helps clients go beyond temporary fixes and into lasting change. Her goal is to help people understand what’s holding them back and train their brains to perform at their best.
With Myndlift, that work now reaches more people than ever.
